Hi, my name is Taylor Cook. I am a Certified High-Performance Coach. As a professional athlete, I have experienced many highs and lows throughout my playing career. I helped my university team bring home its first-ever championship title, competed at national championships, received multiple awards, played professionally in Norway for two seasons, and now play in a men’s division in Germany.


Throughout all of this, I faced numerous challenges and setbacks that hurt my performance and more importantly my wellbeing. I’ve been cut from teams, lost the starting position, battled through mental health issues, lost a professional contract with Olympic potential, and have rehabbed through multiple knee injuries and even a knee surgery this year. All of this is was without the mental resilience and tools to help me adapt to these adversities. I can say with certainty that I would have given up my dream a long time ago, however, I was lucky enough to build resilience that pushed me through adversity, something I know not every athlete can do.


These experiences have equipped me with the knowledge and strategies to help you become the best version of yourself as an athlete and person. It is my mission as a coach and athlete to empower you with these tools.  I will help you build a resilient mindset to overcome challenges, achieve your most ambitious goals, perform consistently at your peak to become the best version of yourself!
